          This is my first day at work. Not too bad, but I experienced a little incident this morning. I could not sleep like a long last night and my alarm was broken. Consequently, I woke up late and I was almost late for work. I arrived at the bank one minute before work began.

       Late in the afternoon, the campers pitched their tent in the middle of a field. As soon as this was done, they cooked their meal over a campfire. They were hungry and the food smelt good. Corn Flour Pudding
Ingredients :
- 2000 ml milk
- 200 gr corn flour
- 500 gr brown sugar
- 4 tbs water to dissolve the sugar
- 1 stick of 10 cm cinnamon
- 1 tbs butter
- 3 tbs cinnamon for sprinkling
Methods :
1. Mix the milk and corn flour thoroughly until smooth
2. Boil the brown sugar in water until dissolved, then sieve
3. Mix the liquidized brown sugar with the milk, corn flour mixture and cinnamon stick.
     Add butterand simmer whilst stirring until thick
4. Pour into a suitable mould and let it cool
5. When serving, sprinkle with ground cinnamon makes : 10 – 15 portions, best served
